Ordering with us is easy as we offer quick pay on delivery options to most areas (work or home addresses only - not to meeting places).

When placing an order please ensure the correct contact and delivery information is entered. Should the information be incorrect and we have no way of contacting you orders would be cancelled.

Furthermore, please also take time to add the right item to cart, we are not responsible if a customer chooses wrong colour or size by error or change of mind. If you did make an error and notice this soon after order is placed please contact us and we will attempt to rectify before the order is dispatched.

While, we at Entice strive to ensure our items are of the highest quality we will not be responsible for items damaged after delivery. However, as Entice is committed to excellent customer service, should legitimate cases of manufacturer's defect be found within seven (7) days after delivery, please contact us in an effort to arrive at an amicable solution. Items with White/cream will not be considered for return/exchanges.

Exchange requests due to incorrect sizing must be made within three (3) days from receipt of the item. 

A 10% Restocking fee may be applicable on requested exchanges and refunds not due to defects. Items must be in original condition and packaging for any exchange/refund to be considered.

Pictures/videos may be requested for exchanges to be considered. If items are not in a satisfactory condition we will not provide an exchange.
