Exchange Policy

While, we at Entice strive to ensure our items are of the highest quality we will not be responsible for items damaged after delivery. However, as Entice is committed to excellent customer service, should legitimate cases of manufacturer's defect be found within seven (7) days after delivery, please contact us in an effort to arrive at an amicable solution.

For Clothing items that need exchanging due to incorrect sizing then the request must be made within three (3) days from receipt of the item. Customers are responsible for checking items on receipt. Swimwear and other intimate items are not applicable for exchanges/returns

A Restocking fee may be applicable on exchanges and refunds. This fee will be 10% per item OR $20 per item, which ever amount is lower will be applied. The restocking fee goes toward the materials needed for the sanitization of items after a customer tries as well as other applicable expenses. Delivery fee will still be applicable for the exchange. Delivery Fees are non-refundable.

Items must be in original condition for any exchange/refund to be considered. Item cannot be used or washed. Item packaging and tags where applicable are also required.

Items with White/Ivory/Cream will not be considered for return/exchanges.

Please note again there are no returns/exchanges on swim wear or intimates.

Kindly note Refunds are not given for sizing issues or change of mind.

If a bigger or smaller size in the original item is not available then the customer would need to choose another item. Please note any difference in costing would need to be paid by customer. However, if the item/s chosen amount to a lower value than the credit value after fees have been applied then the difference can be refunded once lower than $100.

It is disheartening to know that some customers are returning the items in an unacceptable manner. IF this is done we RESERVE the RIGHT to not accept a return from that customer in future as items need to be in saleable condition.

Pictures/videos may be requested for exchanges to be considered. If items are not in a satisfactory condition we will not provide an exchange. 

Please note after the exchange is processed the customer is responsible for making themselves available for the exchange to be done. If repeated attempts are made within 7 days and all attempts fail the exchange will be cancelled (in keeping with the cod policy) and it will be understood that the customer is keeping the original item.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that are not defective if a customer is being rude or disrespectful and abusing staff.

Cash on Delivery Policy

1. Should you cancel after the order has been processed the cash on delivery option may not be offered to you in future. This will be at the discretion of Entice.


2. Should we decide to give you a second chance to use the cash on delivery option a $10 fee may be added to your order to cover the loss on your previous cancellation; this applies to Trinidad orders. This fee will be at the discretion of Entice and may be waived. Tobago orders may incur the full cost of $60.

3. Should you cancel twice using the cash on delivery option you will be banned from using this facility and you will only be allowed to order by paying first in full for the item and delivery.

4. A postponement is not considered a cancellation. However, postponements can only be scheduled for up to 2 to 3 days after the original scheduled delivery date. Continuous postponement is not allowed and will result in a cancellation.

5. If the order is refused after the courier arrives for no fault of Entice, the courier needs to be paid their delivery fee.

Delivery Fees are non refundable.
